When will I receive my Disney's Encanto Coleccion items?

OMG mamis this is the most exciting collection we have ever created! Because of the high demand, in combination with port backups, holiday rushes, and shipping delays, kindly allow us 8-14 business days to process your order and get it out the door. We absolutely promise this collection is worth the wait! 

Can I use a discount code to purchase Encanto Coleccion Items?

No, at this time our Encanto Coleccion items are not eligible for discount code usage. The only exception being users who have an exclusive Disney Rewards Member code.

 

By when do I need to place by order to ensure it arrived before the holidays?

If you place your order before December 8th using Economy Shipping, you are in the window of time to receive your order before December 24th! If you use priorty shipping, you can still place your order by or before December 18th for delivery in time for December 24th.  

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We are so sorry to inform our mamis and papis that we had to pause our international shipping for the time being. This is due to new customs requirements, clearances, and unforeseeable issues with shipping ports. We are hopeful we can get back to shipping to our international customers very soon! 

 

Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? 

Mistakes happen, mami. Just contact Customer Service as soon as possible, providing them with your order number and full shipping address so we can make sure you get all your products! If the order is already processed and shipped by our fulfillment center, we can no longer change the address so we recommend our mamis reach out to the carrier to be further assisted. 

 

Do you accept Afterpay?

Of course, mami. The option is available at the end of your checkout.

 

Are your items still available in Target?

Since our Target launch was part of 2020 Hispanic Heritage Month, it’s no longer available in store! 

 

Can I change my order once I place it?

We can’t change it, but we can cancel it if it hasn’t been processed by our fulfillment center yet. Just reach out to Customer Service ASAP and make sure to include your order number.

 

How long do refunds take? 

Give us 3-5 business days and that dinero will be right back in your account, no fuss. 

 

How long is the order processing time and transit time?

Our order processing is usually 1-7 business days, and transit time can be anywhere from 5-7 business days. Keep in mind mami, this doesn’t include our peak season (November - January). And just so you know, when you select an upgraded shipping method, this only expedites the transit time, not processing time.

 

I received a defective or damaged product what do I do? 

We’re sorry, mami! Just reach out to Customer Service and provide a picture of the item with your order number so we can get that resolved for you. 

 

What’s your policy on returns & refunds?

Since we’re a small business and trying our best to make sure our mamis & papis are safe during the current situation with COVID-19, we are not offering returns or refunds, so all sales are final at this time. 

 

Where can I find my order confirmation and tracking number? 

We send your order confirmation & tracking confirmation to the email you provide as soon as it becomes available!
