Will I get an order confirmation?

Seguro que yes! When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team. 

Does Alamar Cosmetics internationally?

Yes we do!  Alamar Cosmetics is thrilled to be able to offer $15 flat rate international shipping to all of our international customers. 

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note, Alamar Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How will my order be shipped?

Alamar Cosmetics uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic orders. We ship our international orders in a batch once a week, usually on Friday afternoons. Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

Does Alamar Cosmetics ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, Alamar Cosmetics offers shipping methods for delivery to a P.O. Box

Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:
Priority mail: 3-5 business days.

We're sorry mami's, due to the small nature of our company, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Alamar Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
