Do you offer international shipping?

Call us Pitbull, because we’re Mr. Worldwide. We now offer shipping to all our mamis & papi across the globe via DHL!


Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? 

Mistakes happen, mami. Just contact Customer Service as soon as possible, providing them with your order number and full shipping address so we can make sure you get all your products! If the order is already processed and shipped by our fulfillment center, we can no longer change the address so we recommend our mamis reach out to the carrier to be further assisted. 


Do you accept Afterpay?

Of course, mami. The option is available at the end of your checkout.


Are your items still available in Target?

Since our Target launch was part of 2020 Hispanic Heritage Month, it’s no longer available in store! 


Can I change my order once I make it?

We can’t change it, but we can cancel it if it hasn’t been processed by our fulfillment center yet so you can make the correct order! Just reach out to Customer Service ASAP and make sure to include your order number.


How long do refunds take? 

Give us 3-5 business days and that dinero will be right back in your account, no fuss. 


How long is the order processing time and transit time?

Our order processing is usually  1-3 business days, and transit time can be anywhere from 5-7 business days. Keep in mind mami, this doesn’t include our peak season (November - January). And just so you know, when you select an upgraded shipping method, this only expedites the transit time, not processing time.


I received a defective or damaged product what do I do? 

We’re sorry, mami! Just reach out to Customer Service and provide a picture of the item with your order number so we can get that resolved for you. 


What’s your policy on returns & refunds?

Since we’re a small business and trying our best to make sure our mamis & papis are safe during the current situation with COVID-19, we are not offering returns or refunds, so all sales are final at this time.

We send your order confirmation & tracking confirmation to the email you provide as soon as it becomes available!
