DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are so sorry to inform our mamis and papis that we have had to pause international shipping for the time being. This is due to new customs requirements, clearances, and unforeseen issues with shipping ports. We are hopeful to resume shipping to our international customers very soon!
OOPS, I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
Mistakes happen, mami. Just contact Customer Service as soon as possible and provide your order number and full shipping address so we can make sure you get your products! If the order has already been processed and shipped by our fulfillment center, we can no longer change the address. In that case, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for further assistance.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to process. Your dinero will be right back in your account, no fuss.
HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND TRANSIT TIME?
Our order processing time is usually 1–7 business days, and transit time can be anywhere from 5–7 business days. Keep in mind, mami, this does not include our peak season (November–January). Please note: when you select an upgraded shipping method, it only expedites the transit time, not the processing time.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT’S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS & REFUNDS?
At this time, we can only replace a product is if it arrives damaged or defective — just send us photo proof with your order number and we’ll make it right for you.
