Don't pay extra for expedited shipping

I paid extra for expedited shipping so I could use the lipliners on a trip. I submitted my order on May 21st and did not get my order till June 2. I should have never been allowed to select 2 day shipping if it was going to delivered 7 business days. I was super disappointed and had to buy more liners from another place for my trip. the lip liners themselves work lovely, but I wish I could at least have been offered a refund for shipping I paid for and was never given.
